Easy-Peasy Banana Smoothie

All right!  This recipe is super simple, and even though there's probably a million of these similar recipes out there on the internet, I decided to share mine!  It's got all natural ingredients, and can be whipped up in a flash!

To be honest, I admit that I've become quite addicted to these.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Milk
1 Banana
1 6 oz Yogurt (any flavor)
1 Cup (1 pint) Raspberries
1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple, chunked
Optional: 3 tsp Sugar

Makes 2 8 oz servings, or 1 giant size serving!

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender.

I usually put the banana in first, breaking it into smaller pieces.  Then I rinse and add the berries, and then add the rest of the fruit.  I then dump the yogurt in.  The milk goes in last.  Well, if I add the sugar, it goes in last (of course, if you want yours sweeter, add more sugar!).

Cover your blender with the lid!  (I promise, this is one step you don't want to forget!  ha ha)
Because I like my smoothies, well, smooth, with no chunkies floating in it, I use the highest setting on my blender, either the Puree or the Food Processor setting.  Blend it for at least a minute or two.

Pour it into your cups and enjoy this tasty summer treat!

Remember, if you don't care for a particular fruit, add the ones you like!
